3. Booking Policies

When you book travel through AmericanConsu Travel:

• You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all travelers
• You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) as required by the destination
• Payment terms may vary by booking type; full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking
• Prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid in full

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by provider and booking type. In general:

• Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective third-party providers
• Non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for refunds in the event of cancellation
• Refundable bookings may incur cancellation fees or processing charges
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations
• To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in accordance with the applicable provider policies

AmericanConsu Travel may charge a service fee for cancellation or modification requests, as disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AmericanConsu Travel is not liable for any acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party travel providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other service providers
• We are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or force majeure events
• Our liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific booking in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and you assume responsibility for your own safety and that of any travelers on your booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AmericanConsu Travel or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct
